Pecos Flavors Winery was founded by Paul and Cindy Ragsdale in 2004 and is operated along with their son, Josh Ragsdale. With a desire to showcase the best wines, beers, and flavors New Mexico has to offer, PFW now operates a full restaurant and bar curated with only the finest food and beverage options. In addition to offering local New Mexico wines, Pecos Flavors Winery operates two small vineyards, making it the only winery  in Chaves County.

The vineyard primarily grows Cabernet, Syrah and Tempranillo grapes and produces a signature Compadres label. 

Pecos Flavors Winery was selected as “Best Place To Grab A Drink” in 2024 by Chaves County Economic Development.
