About
Pecos Flavors Winery + Bistro operates two small vineyards in Chaves County. We primarily grow Cabernet, Syrah and Tempranillo grapes. All of our wines are available for tasting daily.
We love New Mexico and want to share all of its great wines with you. We exclusively only sell New Mexico Wines and New Mexico beers.
The Ragsdale Family open the Winery in 2004 and continue to operate the only winery in Chaves County. In 2016 we moved into our new location and opened up a beautiful new bistro. Our hopes are for you to have a great food and wine experience.
